We
will analyze your excess/obsolete inventory list and determine which
portion can be marketed and sold.
We will establish the
percentage of the acquisition cost you wish to
recover.
The sellable inventory
will be shipped to our warehouse on a consignment
basis. Actual ownership of the material will continue
to be maintained by
your company.
We will market and sell
the materials. At the end of each month we will
remit payment for any materials sold.
At the end of a predetermind
period (6 to 8 months), any unsold materials
will be re-evaluated and upon consultation with your company, may
be
retained on a contnued consignment basis, liquidated via tradional
surplus
disposal or returned to your company.
